ETS RACING FUEL, THE PERFECT MATCH!!!

 

 

The new Renault Clio R3T participated to its first time on the fifth of September in the French rally tarmac championship leg of Mont Blanc. The Automeca team, directed by Jean-Michel Astier, lined up two cars put together in their own workshop and running on ETS.

This first race was special for the whole team. "We have a lot of expectation for the Renault Clio R3T” said Manu Guigou. "We’ve put together 3 cars. This first experience was crucial. I wanted to test it in race conditions to be able to pass on my knowledge to our future crews. Fabiano Lo Fiego racing in the second Renault Clio R3T was another advantage. He was always very attentive. We were able to work with Renault Sport engineers and our engine tuner RDM who followed us during the rally. »

As the result of the serious work done by Automeca, the two Renault Clio R3T crossed the final line without any problems... And the performance achieved by Manu Guigou and Marine Murat was outstanding!!

ETS Racing Fuels’ newest fuel TBX 5 EVO 3 also played its part, the mapping done by RDM brought an increase of nearly 20 HP over pump fuel! It also considerably improved the driving sensations of Manu and he was finally ready to tackle the rally in perfect conditions.

From the first stage, Automeca topped the 2 wheel drive ranking despite the fact that Manu had almost no practice on the car.

The following three stages ended the same way. Manu Guigou and Marine Murat Clio R3T posted the best times...

During the second day, Manu Guigou kept increasing the gap with Citroen official team while easily leading the other Clio cars.

At the finish line, Manu Guigou and Marine Murat achieved a resounding success in group R, topping the 2 wheel drive with a gap of 1'22'' on the second and winning seven stages out of ten possible!

In the overall classification, only four WRC stood ahead of the Automeca Clio R3T who finished at a brilliant fifth place in front of all the Porsches, S2000 and R5!

ETS Racing Fuels’ latest fuel created for the new turbo engines, TBX 5 EVO 3, has shown its full potential being by far the best fuel available on the Clio, a bright future is ahead for TBX5 EVO 3 and the new Clio R3T.
